1.Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account or using Meu Kumbu (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2.Service description
Meu Kumbu is a personal finance tool that lets you manually record income and expenses, set monthly budgets and review your transaction history. The service is provided "as is" without any guarantee of accuracy or uninterrupted availability.
3.Your account
You are responsible for the security of your credentials and for all activity recorded under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep it up to date.
4.Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to gain unauthorised access, reverse-engineer it, or use it to engage in any illegal activity. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
5.No financial advice
The information shown by the App is for personal tracking only. Meu Kumbu is not a bank, broker, or licensed financial adviser. Nothing in the App constitutes financial, tax, investment or legal advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.
6.Intellectual property
The App, its design, code and trademarks belong to the Meu Kumbu team. The data you enter remains yours. You grant us a limited licence to store and process it solely to provide the service.
7.Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meu Kumbu is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including data loss or financial decisions made based on information from the App.
8.Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Profile → Delete my account. We may also suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
9.Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. We will notify users of substantial changes inside the App. Continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms.
10.Governing law and contact
